Cá diêu hồng kho hay cá diêu hồng sốt cà là hai công thức quen thuộc với nhiều người nội trợ. Mình sẽ mách nhỏ bạn cách biến tấu mới với món cá diêu hồng sốt me - công thức gia truyền của gia đình mình đấy nhé!. Cá diêu hồng chiên giòn quyện cùng sốt me chua chua, ngọt ngọt sẽ là món đưa cơm hấp dẫn, lấy lòng cả nhà đó nha. Hãy cùng mình theo dõi công thức bên dưới nào.
Sau khi rửa cá sạch, dùng dao khứa 2-3 đường xéo trên thân cá. Để cá vào rổ thật ráo nước.
Ướp cá diêu hồng với muối (5 gram) và bột ngọt (5 gram). Đợi 5-15 phút cho cá thấm gia vị.
Làm nóng chảo, cho dầu ăn vào và tráng đều. Khi dầu ăn đã nóng thì bắt đầu chiên cá.
Trong lúc đợi cá chín, chúng ta sẽ chuẩn bị nước sốt me. Cho 100 gram me vào một cái chén, đổ nước sôi vào và dùng muỗng dầm. Lọc lấy phần nước cốt me, bỏ phần hạt.
Cho dầu ăn vào chảo và phi thơm tỏi băm. Đổ nước cốt me vào chảo và nêm nếm gia vị đường, muối, bột ngọt (bột nêm) cho vừa miệng.
Bày cá đã chiên chín vàng ra đĩa. Cá đạt chuẩn phải chín đều hai mặt và lớp da giòn không bị nát. Rưới nước sốt me đã nấu cùng gia vị lên trên cá chiên. Trang trí ít ớt và ngò rí cho đẹp mắt.
Cá diêu hồng sốt me ăn cùng với cơm trắng là thích hợp nhất. Cái giòn tan của cá chiên quyện cùng sốt me chua chua, ngọt ngọt làm mất đi mùi tanh của cá mà lại kích thích vị giác. Có thể nói đây là công thức ngon, nhanh, đơn giản dành cho những bạn không có nhiều thời gian chuẩn bị cơm gia đình. Món này cũng hợp làm đồ nhắm cho đấng mày râu vào dịp cuối tuần nữa đấy.
