Canh thịt bò rong biển là một món canh của người Hàn Quốc và thường được nấu ăn vào ngày sinh nhật nhằm thể hiện sự tôn kính của mình với người mẹ đã sinh ra mình và cũng là để tưởng nhớ lại hương vị đầu đời đấy. Giờ chúng ta cùng thử nấu ngay món canh rong biển vừa ngon vừa ý nghĩa lại tốt cho sức khỏe này nhé.
Rong biển khô cho vào tô nước, ngâm 30 phút cho nở mềm, rửa 2 - 3 lần. Vừa rửa vừa bóp nhẹ nhàng cho ra bớt muối, sau đó vớt ra cho ráo, cắt rong biển thành miếng vừa ăn. Thịt bò làm sach, cắt miếng vừa ăn, ướp thịt với 1 muỗng nước tương, tỏi băm và chút tiêu, để vài phút cho thấm.
Đun nóng nồi với dầu mè, cho thịt bò xào chín tái rồi thả rong biển vào với 1 muỗng nước tương, đảo đều 4 - 5 phút thì chế nước vào nồi nấu sôi. Nêm nếm chút muối cho vùa miệng, rắc thêm chút tiêu nữa. Hạ nhỏ lửa, nấu 20 - 30 phút cho thịt chín mềm thì tắt bếp. Múc canh ra chén ăn nóng.
