Cách làm nem truyền thống không hề khó như các bạn nghĩ. Món nem này còn là món ăn ngày Tết của người miền Bắc. Tết sắp đến gần tranh thủ học làm món ngon này thôi.
Chuẩn bị tất cả các nguyên liệu. Miến rong ngâm nước ấm cho mềm rồi cắt khúc tầm 2 đốt tay. Nấm mèo và nấm hương ngâm nước ấm cho nở rồi rửa sạch thái nhỏ. Giá đỗ rửa sạch. Hành tây và hành lá thái nhỏ. Cà rốt và su hào nạo sợi ngắn. trộn tất cả nguyên liệu với nhau theo khẩu vị có thể thêm bớt nguyên liệu. Khi nào cuốn nem thì đập trứng vào trộn đều.
Lấy lượng nhân tuỳ ý đặt lên bánh đa nem và cuốn chặt tay. Chú ý cuốn chặt tay nem sẽ tròn nhìn đẹp mắt hơn. Cuốn xong cho nem vào rán vàng. Nếu muốn làm nhiều ăn dần thì rán qua rồi để nguội cất tủ lạnh.
Pha nước chấm: 2 nước + 1 mắm + 1 đường + 1 chanh + tỏi ớt. Hòa tất cả với nhau. Muốn tỏi ớt nổi lên thì bạn pha hỗn hợp nước chanh đường thấy chua ngọt vừa rồi thì cho tỏi ớt và 1 ít tép chanh vào sau đó cho mắm cuối cùng thì tỏi ớt và tép chanh sẽ nổi lên.
