Đun nóng ít nước mắm với rượu trắng, đường, hòa tan ít bột năng với nước rồi đỏ vào chảo sốt khuấy đều cho sệt lại là được. Chú ý nêm nêm cho vừa miệng nhé! Cuối cùng phết sốt vừa đun lên thịt cá lóc chiên giòn là có thể dùng.
