Bắp mỹ sau khi mua về lột bỏ râu và vỏ, rửa sạch. Dùng dao bào bào bắp ra tô. Chúng ta bào bắp để dễ xay hơn và không bị dính phần gốc hạt bắp nấu sữa sẽ không ngon. Sau đó, cho bắp và 800ml nước vào máy sinh tố xay nhuyễn, đem hỗn hợp lọc qua rây cho mịn mượt.

Chế nước bắp vào nồi, cho 20g đường, lá dứa đã rửa sạch và 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối vào, bắc lên bếp nấu sôi với lửa vừa. Vừa nấu vừa khuấy đển sữa không bị cháy. Khi thấy sữa lăn tăn sôi thì tắt bếp. Vậy là bạn đã có sữa bắp rồi.
